You are not required to stay subscribed and may cancel at any time.

While a full upfront payment is preferred, payment plans are available with two options.

50%/50%

With the Fifty-Fifty choice you will be paying 50% upfront, I will complete half of your costume, then receive the remaining 50% and finish your fursuit.

50%/25%/25%

When choosing the Fifty, Twenty Five, Twenty Five option you will be paying 50% upfront, I will complete half of your costume, receive your next payment of 25% and continue further with your commission. After accepting your final 25% payment, your fursuit will be completed.

I will be working along with your payments. The faster your percentages are obtained, the sooner you may receive your fursuit. Payment plans are built on a strict deadline discussed with the customer upon being accepted for your commission.

Upon acceptance, you will receive an invoice link for payment.

Credit or Debit Card: Customers can pay instantly through the secure Chase checkout page. All card payments will be charged an additional 3.5% card processing fee.

Zelle®: Zelle is a digital payment network that lets you send and receive money directly between almost any U.S. bank account in minutes. There are no processing fees for Zelle.

Rocket Pup Productions will NOT accept any commission request from anybody under the age of 18, nor will accept parents or guardians attempting to submit for a slot.

Yes, glasses can be accommodated in your fursuit head.

Please specify in the commission form if you may need extra room for your glasses.

I unfortunately do not offer moving jaws for now or the foreseeable future.

As long as I have not stared your commission you may change the design.

If furs have been ordered, you will have to pay for your new shipment of supplies. Doing so may push back your estimated completion date.

International shipping is available for all orders.

The buyer will have to cover all shipping and custom fees that come with transporting a fursuit outside of the US.

While all work is done in a separated room, I own two cats. All heads are lint rolled and cleaned before shipment.

If you have extreme allergies please be safe and use your own informed digression when commissioning RPP.

When filling out your commission form please note that you would like it completed by a precise date. If your date is far enough in advance and your payment is prompt it is likely, but not guaranteed to be completed by your requested target date.

For a 100% ensured completion by your preferred deadline, rush orders are available for an additional 50% of your final stated quote.

No, please provide a digital reference sheet with at least a front and back view when requesting a quote, or submitting your commission form.

Alternatively, digital art pieces such as headshots, busts, etc… may be accepted if the character design is clearly shown.

Completion time will vary depending on what you choose when submitting your form. While I can not guarantee a set date unless we have communicated and agreed upon one beforehand, at RPP I strive for a quick and streamlined process that’s based on straightforward communication. You will be in the know 100% of the time if any delays occur.
